Perspective Tutoring LLC is a business that offers valuable tutoring for students who may be struggling or in need of an educational challenge. We first build a connection with all of our students, allowing each student to express their downfalls and understand the benefits of education, developing a healthy relationship to tutor each student from a perspective that keeps them engaged and open to learning.

Meet Our Team
Meet Victor Manuel, the founder, and lead tutor for Perspective Tutoring LLC. Victor is an entrepreneur who has a passion for helping others in his community as a teacher, tutor, mentor, and coach. He started his undergraduate at Florida A&M University in 2010. However, he completed his bachelor's degree in Accounting at Florida Atlantic University in 2014. Victor created Perspective Tutoring in 2017 with the hope of helping students in all subjects. From the start, Victor has been able to help more than 50 kids reach educational success, hoping to continue to create a difference for education in all communities.
Meet Fania Desinord, our Community Liaison for Perspective Tutoring LLC. Fania is an Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Support Facilitator with Broward County Public Schools. She received her undergraduate degree in Exceptional Student Education from Broward College. She later received her master's degree in Exceptional Student Education with a concentration in Autism from Florida International University. She is currently licensed to teach ESE K-12, Reading, and English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) students.

One-on-One Sessions
Our company offers individual tutoring sessions for all students. These sessions can be virtually or in person. All in-person sessions are at a location of your choice, promoting a comfortable environment for the student to learn. Using the student's areas of struggle, we tailor all sessions to help accomplish areas of concern while staying on track for all concepts learned within the classroom.
Class Tutoring Sessions
In addition to individual tutoring sessions, we offer small class tutoring sessions available virtually or in person. These sessions are with other students, ranging from 2 to 5, all of the same age and same struggles. The material used in these sessions allows for students to get ahead and learn together, building a community of positive energy focused solely on learning.
